Use My habits to keep a small list of routines you want to track. Open My goals and choose My habits, or send /habit in your private chat. It takes about a minute to add a habit.
Add a habit
Open My goals and choose My habits, or send `/habit`. Choose Add a habit and enter a short routine, or send a command such as `/habit add Read for ten minutes`. The companion saves it and shows its ID and status in the habit card. Keep titles non-sensitive: titles are encrypted at rest, appear in /memory and /export, and are removed from the companion when you use /forget.
You can save up to five active habits and 50 habits total. If you reach the active limit, pause one before resuming another. If you reach the total limit, delete an old one before adding a new one.
Edit, pause or remove a habit
Use Edit beside a habit or send `/habit edit <id> <new title>`. Choose Pause when you want to stop tracking it for now; its earlier check-ins stay saved. Choose Resume to make it active again, subject to the five-active-habit limit. Commands are `/habit pause <id>` and `/habit resume <id>`.
To permanently remove a habit, choose the delete control in the card and confirm, or send `/habit delete <id>`. Deletion also removes that habit's check-in history and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop tracking temporarily, pause it instead.
If the bot is waiting for a title, send /cancel to stop without changing a habit. Reopen /habit if a card looks old. Habit titles and check-in notes can be used in your requested /week reflection; active titles and recent status may also personalize an opted-in daily message. Avoid recording private health or other sensitive details.
