Use /export in your private companion chat to ask the bot for a portable copy of its saved records. The bot replies with a compressed JSON document in Telegram when the export is ready.
Request and open your export
Send /export in the private chat. The bot acknowledges the request, then prepares the file in a background task. When complete, Telegram delivers a `.json.gz` document. Save it only to a device or folder you control. A gzip-capable archive or JSON tool can open it; decompress the file first to inspect the JSON. Avoid uploading it to a public converter, sharing it in a group, or forwarding it to someone who does not need access.
The export is scoped to your Telegram-linked companion account. If the bot reports that it is busy, too large, or failed, it has not confirmed a successful delivery. Follow the response and try again later. Do not assume an acknowledgement means the document has arrived.
What the file contains
The file includes a generation timestamp and the owner-scoped companion account export: profile and preference fields, saved facts, full bot conversation history, goals and steps, daily tasks, focus plans, habits and logs, check-ins, story preferences, notification and feature-tip settings, and activity summaries. It also contains relevant trial email and dates, friend-invitation records, and daily reminder delivery receipts. Exact optional sections depend on what you have used and what records exist.
The export contains sensitive information. Review the contents before copying individual parts elsewhere, and protect any copy with device or file encryption you control. The export is a snapshot for portability and review; it does not stop scheduled messages, revoke photo consent, or delete the bot's stored records.
Export versus correction or deletion
To inspect or change one saved fact, use /memory; read review and correct saved facts. To erase the companion's stored records, start /forget, review its summary, and confirm only if you intend to proceed. The deletion guide explains retained trial-claim protection and records outside the bot's control.
Telegram chat history and information already processed by AI, email, wallet or other providers are governed by those services' own controls. Exporting or deleting the bot's copy does not change those copies. See privacy and data controls for the broader boundary.
