Start a private chat with the companion, follow the steps shown in Telegram, and choose one small action to try. The companion is a private one-to-one bot; the public group is not where it handles personal coaching.
Open the private chat
In Telegram, open @armoredkitten_bot and send /start. If you are in the Armored Kitten community group, /kitten can show a Message me privately button. The companion keeps your coaching in the private chat and does not reply to other group messages.
If you already started the bot, send /start again to return to the conversation. Never enter a seed phrase or private key into Telegram.
Follow the setup shown to you
The bot guides you through any required email verification and wallet ownership check. New accounts may receive a configured trial; other accounts may need to meet the current holder-access check. Follow the exact prompts shown in your chat because availability and access rules can depend on the service configuration.

Choose a first action
Use the keyboard at the bottom of the chat or type naturally. My goals shows goals and steps; Plan my day opens a private checklist; My habits opens recurring routines. You can ask for a weekly reflection with `/week` or opt into a separate daily note in Settings. Each feature is optional and has its own controls.
The companion is for everyday encouragement and organization, not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Share only what you are comfortable having processed to produce a reply. You can inspect `/privacy`, request `/export`, or erase companion data with `/forget`.
Find help or return later
Send /tutorials for the feature guide menu, or ask a direct how-to question; supported instructions can include a link to the matching tutorial. To return later, reopen the same private chat with @armoredkitten_bot. Your saved records belong to your account and are not shared with friends you invite.
