The companion's /gift command opens the greeting and token-gift builder. The bot does not transfer tokens from your wallet. The builder is a separate service, and any gift requires you to review and approve its own wallet transaction.
Open the gift flow
Send /gift to @armoredkitten_bot in a private chat. Tap Open the greeting and gift builder. The builder handles the greeting and any optional token-gift setup; the companion command itself does not start a transfer. If the builder is unavailable, try again later or share the separate companion invitation.
Review a token gift before approving
The gift is an optional wallet-funded transfer handled in the greeting builder. Check the selected token and network, amount, destination and every fee shown in your wallet. Read the signing prompt before approving. The email field is used to send the invitation after the gift is funded; it does not technically restrict who can open the private claim link. Keep that link private, and never share your wallet's recovery phrase or private key.
The companion bot cannot sign for you, move tokens from your wallet, or reverse a confirmed on-chain transfer. Network fees and public transaction records are separate from companion access. Do not treat a gift as an investment recommendation or a guaranteed route to access.
What the recipient must do
The recipient follows the instructions in the private invitation, claims the funded gift through the supported wallet experience (currently described as Jupiter Mobile in the bot's invitation copy), and opens the companion link. If email verification is required, they confirm the same address that received the invitation. They then connect the wallet that received the tokens. The companion checks the current balance against the configured access threshold; the invitation email alone does not activate an account or guarantee access.
If the wrong wallet is linked, reopen the companion's wallet-link flow with the receiving wallet. If a gift claim or access check is unavailable, follow the message shown by the builder or bot and retry only when it is safe to do so. Review wallet linking and trial and holder access for those separate steps.
